How can I turn the auto-renewal off?

Your plan will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period. If you'd like to turn off automatic renewal, you can do this directly from your account settings:

  1. Go to Profile Settings in your dashboard.

  2. Find the Auto-renewal row below your subscription information.

  3. Click the Disable Auto-Renewal button.

  4. A confirmation window will appear. Click Confirm to disable auto-renewal.


Once confirmed:

  • A notification will display the last day your proxies will be available.

  • Your payment method will be removed from your account.

  • You can continue using your proxies until the end of your current subscription term.

If you'd like to resubscribe in the future, you'll need to add a new payment method and select a plan through the Plans & Pricing page.

If you make a new payment after disabling auto-renewal, it will automatically reactivate.
