If you no longer wish to use your current plan, switching to the Free Plan is quick and easy. The cancellation takes effect immediately, and your plan will be changed to the Free Plan. Don’t worry, any unused bandwidth or time from your current plan will be credited to your account.
Steps to Cancel Your Plan
Go to the Account Settings page.
Scroll down to the Your Subscription section and click the Cancel Subscription button.
If you have multiple plans on your account, select the plan you would like to cancel, then click "Continue".
Follow the steps to confirm the cancellation.
Want to Keep the Proxies Until Your Plan Expires?
If you'd like to continue using your proxies until the end of your current billing cycle, you can disable auto-renewal instead of canceling immediately.
