Editing Your Plan

Updated yesterday

Editing your subscription is a straightforward way to upgrade, reconfigure, or customize your setup as your needs change.

You might want to change your plan if you need to:

  • Switch your proxy type (e.g., from Shared to Private or from Datacenter to Static Residential)

  • Increase or decrease your proxy count

  • Change the country allocation of your proxies

  • Increase your bandwidth limit

  • Add additional features

What Happens When You Update Your Plan

To make changes to your current subscription, you’ll need to change your plan. You can do this through the Browse Plans page of your account.

Editing your subscription cancels your current plan and activates a new one. As part of this change:

  • Any unused time or bandwidth from your previous subscription is automatically credited toward your new plan, so you only pay the difference.

  • Your bandwidth limit is reset.

  • Your billing cycle updates to reflect the date the new plan begins.

Your existing proxies will remain the same when increasing your bandwidth or adding features, as long as you keep the same proxy type, country allocation, and proxy count.

However, if you change your proxy type, your current proxies will be replaced with new ones from the selected type, since only one plan is supported per account at this time. If you’d like to use a different proxy type (while keeping your current proxies active), you’ll need to create a separate account for now.

Please note: Once your proxy type has been changed, there’s no way to restore your proxy list to its previous version.

Managing Your Proxy Count

Need more proxies? You can add more proxies to your current subscription by following these steps:

  1. Go to the 'Browse Plans' section of your account.

  2. Select the same proxy type, country, and features you’re currently using to avoid replacing your existing proxies.

  3. In the 'Proxy Number' field, enter the total number of proxies you want in your plan (not just the additional amount). Example: If you currently have 100 proxies and want to add 100 more, enter 200.

  4. Review your selections and proceed with checkout. Your plan will be updated, and the new proxies will be added alongside your existing ones.

If you want to reduce your proxy count, follow the same process, just enter a lower total number of proxies instead. Keep in mind that you can’t choose specific proxies to remove; they’ll be removed randomly from your existing list.

Adjusting Proxy Country Allocation

You can customize your subscription to change the number of proxies per country.

To update your country allocation:

  1. Go to the 'Browse Plans' page.

  2. Enter the exact number of proxies you'd like from each country.

  3. Confirm your subscription update.
