Steps to Cancel and Switch Plans
Cancel Your Current Plan: - Navigate to Account Settings. - Scroll to the Your Subscription section. - Click Cancel Subscription and select the plan(s) you wish to cancel. - Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
What Happens After Cancellation: - The cancellation takes effect immediately. If no active plans remain, your account will switch to the Free Plan. - You will receive account credits for the unused portion of your canceled plan(s).
Purchase a New Plan: - Visit the Plans & Pricing page. - Use your account credits to purchase the desired plan. If the new plan costs more than your available credits, you can pay the difference using your preferred payment method.
Impact on Billing Cycles
If you modify a proxy plan (e.g., by changing proxies or bandwidth), your billing cycle will and bandwidth usage will reset.
The next renewal date will be 30 days (360 days for yearly plans) from the date of the change, and the original billing date will no longer apply.

In the "Proxy Count" section, input the FINAL number of proxies you want to choose.
