How to Renew Your Subscription?
Updated over a month ago

Renewing your subscription is easy and hassle-free! To avoid interruptions to your plan, we’ve enabled an automatic renewal process.

How Do Auto-Renewals Work?

At the end of your subscription, your plan will automatically renew using the payment method you originally provided. This keeps your service running without interruptions.

  • Monthly Plans: Renews every 30 days.

  • Yearly Plans: Subscription periods and bandwidth usage reset every 30 days, and auto-renewal occurs after 360 days.

  • Using Account Credits: If your account has sufficient credits, the auto-renewal will be processed using those credits.

Cancellation Options if Your Subscription Renews

If your subscription renews automatically but you no longer wish to use the service, here are your options:

  • Request a Refund: If eligible under our Refund Policy, contact Support for assistance.

  • Cancel Auto-Renewal: Disable auto-renewal and continue using your plan until the subscription ends.

  • Switch to a Free Plan: If you’re not eligible for a refund, cancel your current plan and transition to a free plan. For detailed instructions, refer to our guide: How can I cancel my plan?

How to Cancel the Auto-Renewal Feature?

To disable auto-renewal, contact our Support Team, and they will assist you.

Important Notes:

  • If you make another payment after disabling auto-renewal, it will reactivate.

  • If your account credits are sufficient to cover a renewal, the system will process it even if auto-renewal is disabled. To prevent this, cancel your plan before the subscription ends.

How to Renew a Subscription in Advance?

You can renew your subscription manually before it expires. Visit the Browse Plans page and click Continue to complete the renewal process.
