If you need to change your payment method on Webshare, here are the steps you need to do:
Go to the My plan section.
Click the "Edit" on the Actively Payment Method area
Fill in the required information for the new card and confirm
Resetting Payment Method Attempts
There's a limit on how many times you can update your payment method. If you receive the error saying "You have exceeded the allowed tries to update the payment method", please reach out to support at [email protected] to reset the limit.
