What is Proxy Use Verification?
Updated over a month ago

Proxy use verification is one of the reasons you may be asked to verify your account. This process can be triggered if your account sends too many requests to rate-limited websites. To ensure your activity complies with our Terms and Conditions, please review the Service Rules outlined in Section 1.4.

How to Identify Which Proxy Requests Triggered Proxy Use Verification?

  1. Visit the Verification Page: Here, you’ll find categories of rate-limited websites where your usage exceeded the limits.

  2. View Detailed Activity: Click on any category to be redirected to your Activity Page, where you can see all proxy requests from the past 24 hours that fall under that category.

The Proxy Use Verification Process

While your account is under review, your proxy functionality may be temporarily limited or paused. To restore full access, you’ll need to get your proxy use case approved by our Compliance Team.

  • Provide a Detailed Explanation: Submit a clear and thorough explanation of your use case, including all relevant details.

  • Timeline for Response: Once your submission is received, our Compliance Team will review it and respond within 2 business days.

You can contact the Compliance Team directly at [email protected].
