Your proxy data is organized in a structured table on your account dashboard. Each row represents a single proxy and displays essential details like the address, port, username, and password.
By default, your list also includes columns that provide key information about each proxy, such as:
Proxy Status – Indicates whether the proxy is currently active. The status will appear as either "Working" or "Not Working" based on the last connection check.
Last Checked – Shows when the proxy was last checked to see if it’s working.

Customizing Your Columns
For additional insights and more detailed information about your proxies, you have the option to add extra columns to your list. These optional columns include:
ASN Name and ASN Number – These show the Autonomous System Number and name associated with the proxy’s IP address, which helps identify the network or internet service provider managing the IP range.
Date Added – This column displays the exact date when the proxy was added to your list.
Country Confidence – This indicates the reliability of the country geolocation data for the proxy IP. High confidence means the location information is accurate, while low confidence suggests that the proxy’s geographic location may be less reliable.
Here is how you can add these columns to your proxy list:
Go to the Proxy List page on your Webshare account.
Hover over any column header (e.g., Proxy Address, Port, etc.)
When the three dots appear in the top-right corner of the column, click on them.
From the dropdown menu, click on 'Manage Columns'. This will open a panel where you can select which columns are visible in your Proxy List.
Once you’re done, close the menu, and changes will apply instantly!
Sorting Your Proxies
In addition to customizing which columns are visible, you can also sort your proxy list based on almost any column to quickly analyze, group, or locate specific proxies.
Here is how you can sort your proxy data:
Go to the Proxy List page on your Webshare account.
Hover over the column header you want to sort by (e.g., Proxy Address, Country, Status, etc.).
When hovering, a small arrow icon will appear next to the column name.
Click the arrow once to sort in descending order (e.g., not working proxies at the top if sorting by Status). Click again to sort in ascending order (e.g., working proxies at the top). The direction of the arrow indicates the current sort order.
Common Sorting Use Cases
Sort by the Status column to group working and non-working proxies. This is especially useful when managing large lists, as it brings all offline or error proxies to the top (or bottom) for faster troubleshooting.
Sort by Country or City to group proxies geographically.
Sorting by the Date Added is particularly helpful when proxies are replaced during renewals and don’t show up under the Replaced section due to a UI refresh. Sorting by Date Added allows you to pinpoint which proxies were newly added.
