What can I do if the proxy status is 'not working'?
Updated over a month ago

We want to ensure our proxies are always performing at their best, so we maintain them 24/7 and guarantee 99.99% uptime. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and the proxies might not work as expected.

If you notice that your proxies are not working as expected, the Status on the Proxy List page will show as 'not working'. But don't panic! We'll replace those proxies for you free of charge. Here are some easy steps you can follow to get your proxies up and running again:

  • Go to your Proxy Settings.

  • Head to the Replace Proxies page and select the option to enable auto-replace for any proxies that are not available for more than 15 minutes.

  • Click Save Changes.

That's it! We hope this helps you get the most out of our proxies.
