Managing your proxy plan is simple and flexible! Here’s a quick guide:
Increasing Proxies
Select the total number of proxies you need (including current ones).
Example: If you have 100 proxies and upgrade to 250, you’ll receive 150 additional proxies.
Existing proxies remain unchanged unless:
You change the proxy type or sub-type
You reduce proxies per country during the upgrade.
Decreasing Proxies
You cannot choose specific proxies to remove.
To remove proxies in one country but keep others:
Adjust the proxy count for the target country.
Reduce the total proxy count by the same number.
Re-Customizing Plan
Your plan is replaced, not edited. This includes:
Bandwidth Reset: Your usage is reset.
Billing Cycle Update: Adjusts to the plan change date.
Unused Bandwidth and Time: Credits for unused time and bandwidth apply to the new plan and you’ll only pay the difference.
Single Plan Per Account
Webshare supports one plan per account at the moment. To use a different proxy type, create a separate account.
Restoring Previous Proxies
It’s not possible to restore proxies from a previous plan.
Need Specific IP Ranges? Contact Support with the required IP ranges. If available, proxies will be replaced, but exact matches aren't guaranteed.
