Concurrency refers to the maximum number of simultaneous requests your account can handle. By default, all paid plans come with a concurrency limit of 500, meaning you can send up to 500 simultaneous requests at the same time.
How to Avoid Concurrency Errors
If you exceed your concurrency limit, you may encounter client_connect_high_concurrency (429)
errors. These errors can result in connection interruptions and failed requests. Here’s how to prevent them:
Reduce the number of simultaneous requests sent from your account.
Upgrade your concurrency limit by adding the High Concurrency feature on Browse Plans page.
Increase the number of proxies in your plan on Browse Plans page.

How to Increase the Concurrency Limit
If you need a higher concurrency limit, you can enable the High Concurrency feature. This will increase your concurrency limit to 3,000+ and scale automatically with the number of proxies in your plan.
Steps to Upgrade:
Visit the Browse Plans page.
Select the High Concurrency feature to enhance your plan.
Approximate Concurrency Scaling
When the High Concurrency feature (paid feature) is enabled, your concurrency limit scales based on the number of proxies in your plan.
Number of Proxies | Concurrency Limit |
100 Proxies | 3,000 Concurrency |
1,000 Proxies | 10,000 Concurrency |
10,000 Proxies | 30,000 Concurrency |
60,000 Proxies | 60,000 Concurrency |
Important Notes
The concurrency limit applies to the entire account.
While it is not possible to determine an exact concurrency limit for your account, the limits will automatically scale with the number of proxies you purchase.
