Account credits are a flexible and convenient way to ensure that you don’t lose the value of unused subscription periods or bandwidth.
Your account credits are calculated based on the time/bandwidth remaining on your account. If you have any previous unused credits, those will be added too. When you're ready to upgrade to a new plan, your account credits will be automatically applied on the checkout page.
Additionally, account credits are non-expiring and can be transferred to another account you own, offering greater flexibility in managing multiple accounts.
To check your account credits amount, go to the My Plan page. Please keep in mind that account credits are non-expiring and non-refundable.
How Are Account Credits Earned?
Cancellation of Current Plan: When you cancel your plan, you receive account credits for the unused portion of your subscription period, including unused bandwidth. These credits can be used to purchase a new subscription from the Plans & Pricing page.
Switching Subscription Plans: When you switch plans, your old plan is cancelled, and credits are issued for any unused time or bandwidth. These credits are then automatically applied to the cost of your new plan. If the credits cover the full cost, no additional payment is required; otherwise, you will need to pay the difference. 3. Renewals: Use your account credits to renew your current subscription plan seamlessly.
Plan Changes: Apply credits when switching to a different plan, ensuring a smooth transition.
Account Transfers: Transfer credits to another account you own, providing flexibility in managing multiple accounts. Keep in mind that transfers are only possible by contacting our support team at [email protected].
