The Multiple Plans feature allows you to purchase and manage different proxy types under one account while maintaining a single subscription renewal date. This means you can have multiple plans with different proxy types, but all plans will renew together under the same billing cycle.
Adding a New Plan
When adding a new plan, you can select a different proxy type from your existing one. For example, you can have both a Proxy Server Plan and a Residential Plan, but you cannot have two subtypes of the same proxy type. (e.g. Datacenter Shared and Datacenter Private in the same account).
If you need to switch between subtypes, you are editing an existing plan rather than adding a new one.
How to Add a Plan?
Each proxy type has its own dedicated Proxy List page. If the Proxy List is active, it indicates that a plan for that specific proxy type already exists in your account and can only be edited.
To add a new plan:
Navigate to the Proxy List of the desired proxy type that is currently shown as inactive.
You can purchase one of the most popular plans or further customize the plan by clicking the Buy Now button or Check Pricing For All Plans link to visit the Plans and Pricing page.
Once you have configured the plan the way you wanted, click Continue to process.
Editing a Plan
Editing a plan allows you to modify settings within the same proxy type (Proxy Server, Static Residential, or Residential). If you switch to a different proxy subtype, your current proxies will be replaced with a new proxy list since each subtype operates within a separate proxy pool.
How to Edit a Plan?
You can edit a plan of the proxy type with an active Proxy List. To edit an existing plan:
Access the active Proxy List of the plan you wish to edit.
Click the Upgrade button located in the top right corner.
(Alternatively, you can directly select Edit Plan on the Plans and Pricing page.)
You will be redirected to the Plans and Pricing page to re-customize the selected plan.
Renewing Multiple Plans
All plans in your account renew on the same date and time.
Adding a new plan adjusts the renewal time of existing plans to align under a single billing cycle.
The My Plan page displays the total price of all active plans and their unified renewal date for easier management.
How Account Credits Are Calculated
When you add or edit a plan, our system automatically calculates unused time and bandwidth from your current plan and applies it as a credit toward the cost of the updated plan. This ensures you only pay the difference required to align all plans under the same renewal cycle.
