How can my proxies change without direct edits to my proxy list?
Updated over 2 months ago

Below, we'll explore three main reasons why your proxy list may have changed without any indications in the Replaced section on the Proxy List page:

  1. Changes to the current plan

  2. Proxy replacements from the main account

  3. Google-verified proxies are no longer verified

Changes to the current plan

When you adjust your current plan, your proxy list will update accordingly. Here are a few adjustments that can cause changes:

Changing proxy types

Each type of proxy—Datacenter, Static Residential and Residential—has a separate proxy pool. Switching between proxy types will lead to changes in your proxy list.

Changing proxy subtypes

Datacenter and Static Residential proxies have three subtypes: Shared, Private, and Dedicated. Changing the subtype means you’ll receive a new set of proxies from a separate pool.

Adjusting the number of proxies per country

If you reduce the number of proxies from one country and increase them in another, your proxy list will change accordingly, and changes will not be reflected under the Replaced section on the Proxy List page.

Proxy replacements from the main account

For accounts with sub-users with customised proxy lists, any proxy replacements made from the main account won't appear in the Replaced section when viewing the proxy list as a sub-user.

Google-verified proxies are no longer verified

If you're using proxies for Google Search, our verified proxy plan ensures your proxies work effectively without facing blocks or Captcha challenges. However, it is important to note that Google might occasionally block and unblock certain IP ranges.

Don't worry, though! If your proxies become unverified, our auto-replace feature "Proxy is not verified anymore with Google Search (No CAPTCHA)" kicks in automatically, replacing them without showing these changes in the Replaced section. This ensures you have reliable access at all times.
