On-Demand Refresh is a paid feature that allows you to instantly replace your entire proxy list with a brand-new set of IPs.
This feature is an ideal solution when most of your proxies have been blocked, when you want to receive a completely fresh batch of IPs, or when replacing proxies one by one is too time-consuming.
How to Refresh Your Proxies
Go to your 'Proxy List' page.
Click the 'Replace Proxy' button.
From the menu, select 'Replace All', then click the 'Replace Proxies' button in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up window.
A confirmation window will appear showing how many On-Demand Refreshes you have available. Simply click 'Refresh Now' to proceed.
When you refresh your entire proxy list, the proxies that were replaced will not appear in the "Replaced" section. However, you'll see a timestamped message above your proxy list indicating when your last refresh occurred.
Keep in mind that On-Demand Refresh is a paid add-on feature. If you haven’t added it to your plan or if you’ve already used all of your available refreshes, you’ll be prompted to upgrade in order to refresh your list.
Availability and Use
You can add On-Demand Refresh to your plan at any time through the Browse Plans page in your account. When purchasing the feature, you'll be able to select how many refreshes you’d like to have available each month, depending on your needs.
Keep in mind that the price of the On-Demand Refresh feature varies based on the type of plan you have (for example, it will be more expensive for Dedicated proxies) and also depends on the number of proxies in your list.
It's important to note that any unused refreshes reset at the beginning of each month and do not carry over.
