Help with failed payment
In some cases your credit card payments may get rejected by your bank. In order to fix payment failures, please follow the steps below:
- Make sure that name on card matches the name entered on the payment page.
- Check that the billing address is correctly entered.
- The security code (CVC) is correctly entered.
- The payment card has sufficient balance.
If the steps above do not resolve your payment issues, we recommend contacting your bank to allow transactions to "WEBSHARE SOFTWARE". After your bank approves the transactions, you may have to retry upgrading to a new plan.
